Who ya gonna call?

When Mike's computer refused to boot up, he brought it to us for troubleshooting. John swapped in pieces of hardware - some from our hellbox of computer junk, and some from Chris's computer - to isolate the problem. This earned him a big "You rock!" from the guys. Hooray!
